  • Installation fees for custom work
  • Third-party service charges

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under our policy:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of service activation
  • Account must be in good standing (no unpaid balances)
  • All Xtreamlinc equipment must be returned in working condition
  • Service cancellation must be completed through official channels

Special Circumstances

  • Service outages exceeding 72 hours may qualify for service credits
  • Technical issues preventing normal use may extend guarantee period
  • Billing errors will be corrected with appropriate credits

  • Significant speed reductions below 50% of plan

Credit Amounts

  • Outages: Daily pro-rated service credit
  • Speed issues: Partial monthly credit
